Easily adjustable, comfortable and excellent quality. You can't go wrong purchasing this vest. Definitely worth it for anyone serious about calisthenics.

I ordered the full (3) set of resistance bands, because of the promised quality. They delivered on that promise. The bands feel high quality and deliver consistent resistance throughout the exercise. They never feel flimsy or like you may tear or snap the band.
The only negative was that the larger two bands were stuck to themselves inside the packaging, and peeling them apart caused some minor cosmetic damage. Also, I'd love to see color options in the future, as long as the quality is unimpacted.

As a begginer, this book helped me improve a lot, specially on the pull ups. The illustrations are amazing and extremely motivational.

Now I'm going to enjoy working out

they are really fun and easy to use. I have my entire family trying them out since going to a gym or buying equipment is too high of an investment. The lack of adjustable straps seems like limitation if you want to adjust from a higher place or if you want to hang as low as possible to the ground. Otherwise even you don't reach the point of hanging to make the rings placement higher; you can get a good workout depending on the position.
the quality of the wood is awesome, sometimes it feels like the wood is warping to my hand even though the build doesn't allow for such thing. They are comfortable enough for false grip.

I thoroughly enjoy reading and using this book to master the fundamental skills. Even beginners should find it very easy to understand and follow. The training routine is awesome. It motivates me to push myself to higher levels. Thank you so much for the great work!

As a beginner myself, I'd say there are a lot of Calisthenics workouts for beginners to try, learn, and do/follow. With pictures and clear instructions to follow, and I'm sure there are those 'don't/wrong' and 'do/correct' picto-forms for beginners to learn and understand the why, the how-to and what-not-to.
All in all, Calisthenics is a great way to increase body strength and power, which lifting weights might not be able to achieve; whereas by doing Calisthenics, you are activating and using muscles that have never been activated.
In my opinion, Calisthenics is like building raw muscles, body strength and power. While hitting the weights, does increase muscles, body strength and power, I'd say it's like getting/achieving hard muscles than usable muscles.
But then again why not do both... Does Calisthenics and hitting the gym counter each other's improvements in effectiveness?🤔
Anyways, to all beginners and veteran Calisthenics bros, work hard, train hard, and stay Calisthenically(not a real word, I think) sexy.💪
