Awesome content! For the next edition, some ideas. For the lower body, go into other advanced single leg stuff like shrimp squats and the dragon pistol squat. For upper body, go into grip strength training. Go further with the pull-ups and include up to one arm pull-ups. Include dips, and with them and pull-ups together, muscle ups, both fast and slow. Also, some advanced core work, like hanging leg raises.
