Hey Yellow Dude, I apologize for this negative review, but I do feel let down by the scope and depth of the material I received. I watched an engaging and fascinating instagram reel that I felt was concise and educational, a morsel of content that I was sincerely hoping pointed to a larger pool of refined and condensed content in the form of your book. This was sadly not the case, and in fact it seems the book is a bloated version of the knowledge you have condensed, excellently, on your social channels. The content was shallow and the presentation was disappointing, this ‘book’ feels more like a sophomore final project from a kinesiology major rather than a memorable or meaningful referendum for those interested in the fascinating world of physique, anatomical intricacies, and the beautiful kinetics that refined musculature allow. The art is excellent, the foundational knowledge is sound. But this book is an enormous letdown. Don’t bother with this purchase and just watch their content.

Actually, we do have an intermediate guide, the Muscle-Ups Playbook which focuses specifically on teaching the technical skill and power needed to unlock that first clean rep. It’s designed to be much more targeted for those who have already mastered the basics and are looking for that next level of specialized movement.

This is a great book to help you build strength and control. You can begin simply and challenge yourself as you progress. The images are very clear. Body weight can be as or more effective than barbells and dumbbells. 💪
