We stand behind everything we sell. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a replacement or refund.
Returns / Exchange
Our policy lasts 30 days since your purchase of any items.
Returns will attract a 10% restocking fee to cover costs. Where the item was offered with Free Shipping, the actual cost of shipping will be deducted from the final amount returned.
The customer will bear the return shipping cost. For product exchange, we will ship the brand new replacement product at our cost.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition (unused, unwashed, unaltered, free of pet hair) that you received it.
Items not eligible for a return or exchange:
- Items sold with discount/sale
- Gift cards or downloadable digital items.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If the refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. You will receive an email immediately after the refund is issued.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning the item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
